Shrimp chips extruder machine(molding machine), also named 3D pellet shaping machine, is the special corollary equipment with shrimp chips curing machine. Curing machine delivers raw material into the extruding machine after cooked starch, to produce different specifications shrimp rods (size specifications can be customized according to customer needs and decision). 

Produced shrimp sticks put flat on the ground covering with a plastic cover, put a layer of shrimp sticks, add a layer of plastic sheeting, highest to 60 cm, and then use cotton quilt or washcloth cover tightly, placing 3-6 hours then can be sliced. 

 

Note: Bearing box of the ectruding machine  should be added 45 # engine oil once a month
